It was bad enough some DJ's were secretly charging artist to play records now the labels wanna charge the stations. These idiots at record labels are having a hard enough time selling bullshit albums and now they are willing to get a bill passed that could put stations out of business. Me personally I listen to online stations because they don't play the wack shit.
